Capabilities and workflows

02Following and guidance

Keep the conversation moving.

Guided routes / Human following

Let the robot lead when someone needs directions, or use following mode for a conversation on the move. Choose the movement that fits the task.

How it would work

  1. Choose a destination or start following mode
  2. Guide along the route or follow the person in front
  3. Continue with information, questions or the next service
03Voice and audio pickup

Start with a simple request.

Reference platform: four-microphone array

Sound localisation, beamforming, echo cancellation and noise reduction work together to reduce interference, making spoken requests a natural starting point.

How it would work

  1. Ask a question or name a destination
  2. Capture the request for the relevant application
  3. Respond through voice and screen, then connect to the next step
04Display and video

See clearly. Connect naturally.

Reference platform: 13.3-inch touchscreen

Bring directions, service choices and video together on one display. People can make their own selection or connect remotely with staff, colleagues and family.

How it would work

  1. Choose a service on screen and view the details
  2. Start a video conversation when human help is needed
  3. Continue with guidance or communication for the setting
05Runtime and automatic docking

Fit the rhythm of the day.

Reference platform: up to eight hours

Give the robot a home base within the space. Automatic docking reduces manual handling and cable connection, while service schedules reflect the real workload.

How it would work

  1. Place the charging dock within the service space
  2. Plan service and charging around tasks and battery level
  3. Return to the dock to prepare for the next use
06Applications and management

One robot. Shaped around your setting.

Applications / Map configuration / Remote management

Plan answers, tours, video and dedicated applications for hospitality, healthcare services, work, retail, home or learning. Give staff a way to keep the service content useful.

How it would work

  1. Define the people to serve and the work to be done
  2. Configure locations, content and the relevant applications
  3. Maintain the setup and review usage through management tools

MemGo product plans and illustrative workflows. The four-microphone array, 13.3-inch display, runtime of up to eight hours and movement capabilities are drawn from official temi V3 reference-platform information; they do not confirm completed MemGo integration or device testing. Final features, connectivity, runtime and management depend on the confirmed hardware and deployment plan.

Common questions

When can I try or buy it?

Product enquiries are open. We will discuss your setting, configuration and pilot needs. Final production hardware, pricing and delivery dates will be announced once confirmed.

Will every robot automatically see my memories?

Our intended model uses a personal account and permission for each device. Public robots, other household members and unauthorised devices should not automatically receive your memories. This page illustrates that direction; it is not a live account-permissions service.

Which settings can MemGo support?

Planned applications include hotel reception, wayfinding and remote communication in healthcare settings, workplace reception, retail guidance, home companionship and education. Language practice, role-play and learning feedback are one part of that range. Applications and available features will depend on the setting and confirmed configuration.

What needs to be prepared for deployment?

First agree on the service area, routes, destinations and dock position, then review connectivity and application needs. A pilot should test mapping, obstacle avoidance, voice interaction and docking in the actual space. Suitable surfaces, access requirements and deployment details depend on the chosen hardware.

Can the same map be used in a different space?

A map belongs to its physical setting. A new site or a substantial layout change requires the map, destinations and routes to be reviewed, followed by navigation and docking tests. Site validation is part of the planned deployment process.

What works without an internet connection?

Video calls, cloud-based answers, remote management and shared memory require the relevant network and service connections. The local features that remain available offline depend on the final application architecture and hardware version. Offline support will be confirmed per feature.
